健康的现金流是付款的 保障

小米创始人雷军有个著名的言论，即站在风口上，猪都可以飞。实际上，雷军表达该观点的前提是，猪也要是练过的猪，会飞的猪，而不是机会主义的猪。不可否认，L集团体系的每个板块几乎都在当时的风口上，比如L集团网络公司在“互联网+”的风口上，L集团在互联网电视的风口上，L集团体育和L集团影业在大文娱的风口上，L集团移动公司在智能手机行业的风口上。问题在于，L集团体系过于庞大，资金支持上各板块业务之间需要非常紧密的联系，但各板块无法充分联动产生“1+1>2”的效果。结果是，L集团体系不但无法在风口上翩翩起舞，反而在风口上重重地摔了下来。

当大买方要倒下的时候，平时再多的私人交情也难以换回实实在在的回款。提前选好降落伞，方能在大买方发生违约时留足缓冲的空间。

实际交易中，如直接交易对象为大集团中资质较弱的主体， 好能够拿到资质较好的主体提供的付款担保，或者直接调整交易对象。对于没有集团背景且资质存疑的买方， 好采用比较安全的结算方式。此为 层防护。

为防患于未然，将风险转嫁至第三方，比如贸易项下将应收账款做信用保险安排，一旦发生风险可以通过从保险公司获得赔付来弥补损失，保住利润。此为第二层防护，也是终极保护伞。
