海关总署再暂停多家企业肉类产品输华

7月4日，海关总署更新了《符合评估要求的 或地区输华肉类产品名单》：

进口申报肉类水产品须知

2020年6月24日“单一窗口”货物申报系统进口报关单更新部分监管方式下申报校验功能：

1、进口报关时，申报产品为肉类/水产品时，若表体的产品资质里没有录入519证书（进口食品境外生产注册证书）则提示：“商品序号xx：本条商品是肉类/水产品，需录入519证书（进口食品境外生产注册证书），请确认后重新录入申报”。

2、系统对表体原产国和产品资质519证书编号（进口食品境外生产注册证书）进行校验，根据食品局提供的（肉类企业注册号/水产品企业注册号）进行比对，企业注册号和 必须完全匹配成功，才能继续申报，否则提示“商品序号xx：本条商品的519证书（进口食品境外生产注册证书）编号及原产国（地区）信息不准确，请核对后重新申报”。

2. The system verifies the country of origin and product qualification 519 certificate number (registration certificate for overseas production of imported food) in the table body. According to the comparison provided by the Food Bureau (meat enterprise registration number / aquatic product enterprise registration number), the enterprise registration number and country must match successfully before continuing to declare. Otherwise, it will prompt "commodity serial number XX: 519 certificate of this commodity" (registration certificate for overseas production of imported food) number and country of origin (region) information are inaccurate, please check and re declare ".

特别注意：已注册的境外生产企业信息在总署网站对外公布。企业先通过国外 审核，通过后国外 再将企业信息提供给食品局，是 对 的行为。海关总署不直接受理企业的注册申请。（名单位置: 首页–热点–进出口食品–信息服务–业务信息 –进口食品境外生产企业注册信息 ）
