我国花生产品出口的品种问题主要表现为出口产品种质资源不丰富，出口专用品种较少。长期以来，我国省花生出口以初级产品为主，用出口数量优势抢占国际市场，注重单位面积产量的提高而忽略了对新品种、专用优质品种的研发。况且，目前世界主要花生进口国家和地区对进口花生的使用已经不仅仅局限于榨油的用途，而是越来越注重花生本身所具有的高营养价值，食用功能逐渐占据了主导地位。而当前我国花生产品的生产和出口尚不能符合国际市场新的需求要求，未能形成我国花生油用、食用产品生产和出口的专业化分工。
