首先应当明确，根据海关总署公告，自2016年11月1日起，海关稽查过程中使用到的就只有上述13种文书，至于有的企业之前还收到过其他的文书，主要分为两种情况：一是有的文书已经取消，二是有的文书原本就不属于稽查文书。
First of all, it should be clear that according to the announcement of the General Administration of customs, since November 1, 2016, only the above 13 documents have been used in the process of customs inspection. As for some enterprises that have received other documents before, they are mainly divided into two situations: first, some documents have been cancelled, and second, some documents do not belong to inspection documents originally.
第一种情况以《稽查征求意见书》为例，11月1日之前的稽查过程中，每家被稽查的企业都会在海关核实工作基本完成之后、正式《稽查结论》制发之前的时间段里收到一份《稽查征求意见书》，列明稽查范围、过程和查发的主要问题，要求企业对此予以反馈，如果企业反馈有异议，还可能启动复查，如果企业无异议，海关将制发《稽查结论》。
